Safe Families We-Blocker 2.1

The Safe Families We-Blocker software provides Internet filtering and parental controls to block objectionable material. The software has the capability to block sites based on Web address and/or keyword. Parents can personalize We-Blocker to their kids, assigning an age range for each child, and choosing which categories to block. Each user has a username and password, as well as a profile created during installation.

TechMission`s Safe Families software represents a long awaited update building on the We-Blocker.com software which was last updated in 2001. The software builds on technology by We-Blocker.com, which is the most widely used free Internet filtering software with hundreds of thousands of downloads. This update includes:

-Adding over 300,000 sites to the blocked sites list
-Providing the ability to disable the splash screen
-Integrating extensive Webcast training for parents to protect their children online
