Updated to newer version of Innosetup installer, which adds new Windows 7 features during install and uninstall of the software. Also new installer adds full Unicode support for our international end-users.

Fixed bug with installer which would incorrectly install the software on Windows 7 64-bit computers as a Windows Vista application and using Vista settings.
