PayPal_Returned event did not fire if the payment was made by Credit Cards. Now, fixed. If you were testing your web application from localhost on Windows Vista, an exception used to be thrown : "Cannot find the certificate and private key for decryption.". This problem has been fixed.

PayPal_Returned event did not fire if the payment was made by Credit Cards. Now, fixed. The Zip code for prepopulating Buyer Info of Payment buttons was of INT type which was not supposed to be. Now it is string type. For Prepopulating Buyer Info, Buyer's email address was missing, but now added.
