Code Snippets is set of adjustable templates of a code which Visual Studio allows to insert into the user code via input of short aliases. Standard Code Snippets Manager for Visual Studio - the convenient tool that allows effortless familiarization with available code snippets. However, it disallowes creating the new or editing the existing templates. Also, it’s impossible to preview the snippet content before inserting. Considering these limitations, Software Development Innovations released the Advanced Code Snippets Manager, the tools that removes existing restrictions.

Advanced Code Snippets Manager is free yet powerful plug-in for Visual Studio, which expands standard functionality of Code Snippets Manager. With its help you can create new and edit existing code snippets, and will be able to preview snippet content with only a few mouse clicks.
