SightMax provides real-time, live chat and live visitor traffic monitoring for your website. SightMax has a host of exciting built-in features, these include: Corporate Instant Messaging between operators, Operator Chat Transfer, Multiple Chat Queues (for example Sales and Support), Chat Conferencing and Operator `Coaching`. There`s even a Co-Browse feature that allows operators to view the exact page the visitor is viewing on the website at that moment.
