License Agreement

NOTICE TO USERS

CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT. USE OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS
AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE") CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT
AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER`S
USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS
AGREEMENT.

LICENSE GRANT

Silver Eagle Software grants you the following rights:

Applications Software. You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single
computer. "You" means the company, entity or individual whose funds are used to pay the
license fee. "Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying the
SOFTWARE. The primary user of the computer on which the SOFTWARE is installed may make
a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable computer.

Storage/Network Use. You may also store or install a copy of the SOFTWARE on a storage
device, such as a network server, used only to install or run the SOFTWARE on your other
computers over an internal network; however, you must acquire and dedicate a license for
each separate computer on which the SOFTWARE is installed or run from the storage device.
A license for the SOFTWARE may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers.

OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

Evaluation. When you first obtain a copy of the SOFTWARE, you are granted an evaluation
period of not more than thirty (15) times, after which time you must pay for the SOFTWARE
according to the terms and prices discussed in the SOFTWARE`s documentation, or you must
remove the SOFTWARE from your computer.

Software Transfer. This license is not transferable to any other hardware product or other
company, entity, or individual.

Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, RKS Software may terminate this
license if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this license. In such
event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE and all of its component parts.

OWNERSHIP

The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by Global General Computer, Inc. and exclusively
distributed by Global General Computer, Inc. Your license confers no title or ownership
in the SOFTWARE and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the SOFTWARE.

UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise
reverse engineer, or transfer the SOFTWARE except as provided in this agreement. Any such
unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

DISTRIBUTION

You may distribute copies of the evaluation version (i.e. Trial Version) of this product.
You may assume you have our authority to distribute the evaluation, unless we explicitly
tell you otherwise. It must, however remain in its original, unmodified state, and all
its constituent files must be included. No-one may charge for the evaluation product
itself, although a reasonable fee for the media used and copying costs is allowable.
You may not distribute copies of the licensed version of this product. A licensed copy
is defined as one which has been unlocked with a registered name and serial number.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO
PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Because of the various hardware and software environments into which "THE SOFTWARE" may be
put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure and common sense dictate that any program be thoroughly
tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk
of using the program.

Good data processing procedure and common sense dictate that any important files or
information be backed up regularly using the backup facilities of the operating system or
a commercial backup program.

ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
OF PURCHASE PRICE.
