II. PURCHASING TEST MODULE PROCEDURE

In order to obtain a licensed version of the SavvyEngine test module, please follow the following procedure:

- Download SavvyEngine demo version from SavvyeNGine.Com web site (http://www.savvyengine.com)
- Install SavvyEngine on the computer that you want to license to.
- Make sure that you have connection to the internet.
- Invoke the purchasing process from inside the SavvyEngine program by clicking on the Test > Purchase Test Module... menu.
- Follow the instructions to complete the purchase on SavvyEngine e-commerce system, powered by eSellerate.
- When completed, SavvyEngine licensing program will automatically convert the demo version to full licensed version of SavvyEngine. You can verify the license status from the About box of the SavvyEngine program.

After installing fully licensed SavvyEngine test module on a
computer:
- Make sure that you DO NOT accidentally delete the hidden .lic
(license) file. It is required for correct operation of the
licensed test module. Note that each license is unique to a PC.
- Make sure that you DO NOT accidentally delete the test module
file and/or accompanying graphics and text files.
- If you somehow lose the license or test database files, you
fix them by initiating the reinstallation process.
Please refer to the REINSTALLATION section of this document.

III. UPDATING TEST MODULE PROCEDURE

Licensed users of SavvyEngine Practice Exam Simulator are granted for free updates of the upcoming test question banks. This is a great service from Savvy Learning Systems Ltd. to our licensed users to deliver the most up-to-date exam questions without the users even have to open a web browser. Please note that Savvy Learning Systems Ltd. reserves the rights to alter this policy at any time without prior notice.

To check for updates and download the test question database whenever they become available, please follow the following procedure:

- Make sure that you have connection to the internet.
- Invoke the updating process from inside the SavvyEngine program by clicking on the Test > Check for Updates... menu.
- Follow the instructions to complete the update on SavvyEngine e-commerce system, powered by eSellerate.
- When completed, SavvyEngine licensing program will automatically replace the newer test database over existing one. You can verify the database version number from the About box of the SavvyEngine program.

IV. REINSTALLING TEST MODULE PROCEDURE

Licensed users of SavvyEngine Practice Exam Simulator are granted for three free reinstallation of their license test question database. This is a great service from Savvy Learning Systems Ltd. to our licensed users to automatically recover corrupted or missing test database and their associated files without the users even have to open a web browser or contact us. Please note that Savvy Learning Systems Ltd. reserves the rights to alter this policy at any time without prior notice.

In an unfortunate even that you either damage or lose your licensed test database and their accompanying files, please follow the following procedure:

- Make sure that you have connection to the internet.
- Invoke the reinstall process from inside the SavvyEngine program by clicking on the Test > Reinstall Test Module... menu. Please DO NOT use the reinstall feature within the Check for Update process because it can not refer to your original purchase information.
- Enter your valid order number and email address and follow the instructions to complete the reinstallation on SavvyEngine e-commerce system, powered by eSellerate. Please note that you CAN NOT use your previous order number to install a licensed test database on a different machine. This is a violation of SavvyEngine End-User License Agreement (EULA). Please contact us at support@savvyengine.com for further information.
- When completed, SavvyEngine licensing program will automatically reinstall the fully licensed test database. You can verify the database version number from the About box of the SavvyEngine program.
- You can then initiate an update for the most recent test question bank by following the UPDATE procedure.
- Once you have exceeded your three times reinstallation limit, you can not perform the reinstallation anymore. Please contact us at support@savvyengine.com for further assistance.

V. ENGINE UPGRADE PROCEDURE
-------------------------------

The SavvyEngine version upgrade is NOT part of the integrated SavvyEngine e-commerce system. You must manually check SavvyeNGine.Com web site at http://www.savvyengine.com for any newer versions of the Software. An installation of a newer version of SavvyEngine over the licensed one will keep any existing license information intact.
