Volunteer Suite Ultra is the latest generation for managing assets, locations, contacts, events, contributions and volunteer information on a limited budget. It bundling InTrek Ultra and MVP together.InTrek Ultra contains all the features of Lite and Premium, plus has the ability to store attachments for both assets and locations. The Ultra edition also allows the user to define 20 additional data fields for both assets and locations. This makes InTrek Ultra one of the most powerful asset management systems on the market today. MVP also allows the user to create, store and track notes and create and store attachments related to a particular volunteer/member. Attachment information is stored in the database and can be viewed or retrieved at anytime. MVP Lite also provides the user with the versioning control of attachment information. Thus as volunteer/member documentation is updated the attachment tracking can be updated to reflect the changes while maintaining a history.
