Distribution Code of Conduct Agreement

This document is between Rosoft Engineering with the legal base in Sweden (ROSOFT) and the AFFILIATE PARTNER.
This Code of Conduct Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of ___DATE___ or the date signed by the AFFILIATE PARTNER.

AFFILATE PARTNER agrees to not store any of ROSOFT’s files on their web-server, cover-CD or any other similar media without Rosoft Engineering’s approval. AFFILIATE PARTNER agrees to link all downloads to the location given by ROSOFT.

If ROSOFT discovers independently that the AFFILIATE PARTNER has, ROSOFT may withhold payment for the current month’s registrations, terminate the affiliate agreement or any other agreements between the parties, with cause, and take legal action against the AFFILIATE PARTNER. The foregoing shall in no way limit the legal or equitable rights or remedies available to ROSOFT in connection with a violation of the above requirements, or otherwise.

If AFFILIATE PARTNER has it’s own affiliate or partner they must sign this agreement as well.

If AFFILIATE PARTNER wants to include any of ROSOFT’s files on a Cover-CD, Registration CD or similar media AFFILIATE PARTNER must contact ROSOFT and sign a special agreement.
