TextGRAB SDK is a COM library that allows screen text capture in Windows applications.You can use it to capture text from any application that doesn`t provide communication API`s in order to feed another program. You can capture text from any part of any window including: status bar messages, Windows error messages and more, list controls, list views, menus, any custom controls, etc.
TextGRAB SDK is not an OCR based solution. Which makes it work faster than OCR based solution and allows capture text even if some custom fonts are used.
TextGRAB SDK can be used in different types of software like dictionaries, translation tools, organizer applications, etc.

BY INSTALLING OR USING RENOVATION SOFTWARE TEXTGRAB SDK (THE "PRODUCT"), THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY LICENSING THE PRODUCT ("LICENSEE" OR "YOU" OR "YOUR") IS CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND IS BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT.
IF LICENSEE DOES NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE LICENSEE MUST NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE. IF THESE TERMS ARE CONSIDERED AN OFFER, ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THESE TERMS.
1. DEFINITIONS
The "Renovation Software TextGRAB SDK" Software ("Product"), is governed by the terms of this License Agreement ("Agreement"). The Software is being licensed, not sold, to you ("Licensee") by Renovation Software ("Licensor"). Except as expressly licensed hereunder, all rights in the Software remain the sole and exclusive property of Licensor.
2. LICENSE GRANT.
Renovation Software grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable, and non-transferable license to use the executable code version of the Product, provided any copy must contain all of the original proprietary notices.
3. RESTRICTIONS.
Except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement. Licensee may not:
(a) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Product;
(b) encumber, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Product;
(c) use the Software for timesharing or service bureau purposes;
(d) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Product;
Licensee may:
(a) use Product in his own products;
(b) publish, release, distribute, sell and/or transmit his own products created with use of the Product;
4. FEES.
The fee for said license shall be as set forth on the Renovation Software website (www.renovation-software.com)
