Enhanced playback functions. Move 5 or 30 seconds forward or backward, switch to next or previous record.

Dialed digits (DTMF tones) visualization : DTMF dialed digits are decoded live at play. They will appear in blue characters as you hear them.

Email notification : This option will immediately send an email after each new recording and attach the recording itself (or part of it) within the email. The configuration is easy. A configuration helper is provided. You do not require an external SMTP server.

Powerful audio editing capabilities included. You can decompress, recompress, cut and or join recordings.

Caller Id : Click on the record to see the related caller id informations. The Caller Id is a service you subscribe from your telecom provider. It gives you the phone caller`s name and number. Note that RecOnPhone uses and requires your modem to decode the caller id.

Surveillance : in "hidden mode", the software can be made running and invisible at each PC startup. It will record but nothing will be heard and nothing will be displayed on the screen. RecOnPhone won`t appear in the Windows task manager. The recordings file extension can also be renamed so that external programs can`t read them.

Password protection : The software cannot be run until the correct password is entered.

Mouse drag and drop for easy exporting of your recordings to your management software, e-mail ...

Automatic sound card configuration. Many helpers will configure all audio settings automatically. You`ll just be required to pick up your phone once for adjusting the sensitivity.

Multiple sound card managing. You can use a dedicated sound card for RecOnPhone recording and your other regular sound card for playback.
