Security Department is a resident file system protector for Windows 95 and
Windows 98. It provides several levels of protection for different
folders and files. You can prevent various actions for folders and files:
copying, moving, deleting, renaming and so on. In addition to the two
standard protection levels "Read Only" and "Full protection", there is the
"Custom Protection" level that allows you to fine tune the access.
