The method of distribution could be direct download from your website or through any media like CD-ROM, etc. This agreement is only to distribute SpamChoke without any charges to the user. The software should be distributed free of cost. You cannot charge any distribution or usage cost to the user. SpamChoke contains valuable trade secrets embodying the creative efforts, copyrighted and copyrightable materials, confidential ideas, information and expressions. You may not replicate, modify, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or use the software or parts of it to create or use in any other product. All rights arising and accruing from ownership of the said software SpamChoke, are vested with Proland Software, exclusively.
