Time Monitor 1.2.6

Piranha Designs Time Monitor v1.2.6 for Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 is hereafter refered to as "Time Monitor".

This page contains information for anyone who wishes to distribute Time Monitor. Shareware versions of Time Monitor may be freely distributed subject to the following restrictions:

Time Monitor MUST be distributed without modification, in its entirety. No files, as detailed in the packing list, may be omitted. These files MUST NOT be modified in any manner whatsoever.

Time Monitor MUST NOT be listed in advertisements, catalogues, or in any other manner which describes it as "FREE SOFTWARE".

Time Monitor is not to be packaged as part of another utility or product without the express consent of the Publisher. Time Monitor may be offered on diskettes or CD-ROMs as part of a general shareware offering as long as the user is able to read or access all the accompanying files.

Time Monitor cannot be "rented" or leased

A limited license to use this version of Time Monitor may only be issued by Piranha Designs, LLC.

Disk vendors who charge a distribution fee may do so provided the fee does not exceed 50% of the registration fee. Vendors MUST NOT claim, or imply, that this fee covers the cost of the program or licence.

These distribution restrictions apply to anyone who wishes to distribute Time Monitor, whether they be commercial vendors, user groups, Internet providers, BBS operators, or individuals.
