RIGHTS WOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATED. THIS TERMINATION WILL BE IN
ADDITION TO ANY CRIMINAL, CIVIL OR OTHER REMEDIES.

responsible under any circumstances for damages of any character arising out
