PT MULTISTATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
PFSoft makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to this software, the hardware, or documentation, including their quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Because software is inherently complex and may not be completely free of errors, you are advised to verify your work. In no event will PFSoft be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, hardware, or documentation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, PFSoft is not responsible for any costs, including, but not limited to, those incurred as a result of the use of the software, loss of data, the costs of recovering such software or data, the cost of substitute software, claims by third parties, or for other similar costs. In no case shall PFSoft liability exceed the amount of the license fee.
The warranties and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, express or implied. No PFSoft dealer, distributor, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification or addition to this warranty.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or limitation of liability for the incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you.
PFSoft retains all rights not expressly granted.
