The software allows the user to gather as much information as one needs from any webpage to aid in designing a webpage. When surfing on the page of a popular website such as eBay or Amazon.com, or a beautifully designed webpage, the programmer can get ideas on how the designers created the pages by looking at the texts, links or HTML programs from the back end.
By looking at the back side of the webpage, the user can find out the texts, links or HTML graphics, pick these texts in his/her computer to be used later as a guide in creating his/her own website or webpage. The texts can then be collected, stored and edited by the user for creating a new website or webpage or for improving the contents, design and appearance of an existing website.
- Collect IP Addresses and HTTP Headers
The user of One Minute HTML can collect IP addresses and HTTP headers from other websites. The information can be used as an advantage for the user in creating its own website, or can be used as links to his/her site. If the user has an online shopping store, the IP addresses and website headers can be stored and can serve as backlinks to the website. This way, the site will be optimized and its rankings in the search engines will be improved.
This feature also gives an added security for the user`s website. It allows the website owner, especially commercial websites, to gather, collect and analyze information regarding its visitors` behavior. This information can be transferred to a database for analyzing the consumers` or visitors` buying behaviors. You must fully agree to the "Tryout Distribution Agreement" terms before distributing the Tryout versions of our products.
1. TRIAL VERSION DISTRIBUTION.
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Tryout Version as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the Tryout Version (you must distribute the INSTALL file, not the files resulting of an installation). You are not allowed to sell the Trial Version (except for shipment and handling charges). Press is authorized to distribute it on any Cover Disk, CD-ROM without permission from OneMinuteHTML.com. Shareware Catalog Web sites are authorized to distribute it as a download file (hosted or linked to OneMinuteHTML.com site) without permission from OneMinuteHTML.com.
2. TERM.
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Tryout Version, together with all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Tryout Version, together with all copies thereof.
3. COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP.
This Tryout Version and its source code are proprietary products of OneMinuteHTML.com and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.
The Tryout Version is supplied "AS IS". OneMinuteHTML.com disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Shareware.
5. DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES.
OneMinuteHTML.com assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Tryout Version, even if OneMinuteHTML.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
