Track your work schedule by customer, job, task or personnel:
Schedule Master contains a database of customer, job, task and personnel information. Selection and sort options allow quickly viewing schedules in many ways to suit your varying needs from daily to long-term. For example find:

- What tasks are scheduled for today, this week, this month with just a single mouse click.
- Which employees are busy or not busy today, this week, this month or for any dates.
- Customer jobs currently in progress, scheduled or completed.
- Individual tasks assigned to a job.
- Status of tasks - Awarded, Closed, In progress, Not awarded, Pending, etc.
- Assigned jobs to a customer.
- Task assignments by personnel.
- Personnel assignments by task.
- Related, inter-dependent tasks.

Schedule Master is simple to use, yet powerful:
Click on a customer to see the jobs. Click on a job to see assigned tasks. Click on a resource to see tasks being worked on. It`s that easy!

Import jobs from Estimate Master bids with just a mouse-click.

Leverage your QuickBooks investment and expertise:
If you are a QuickBooks user, Schedule Master will import your QuickBooks customers, employees and jobs. It will export customers, jobs, tasks and task cost to QuickBooks.

Built-in import wizard for Microsoft Excel:
You may import schedules from other databases and applications including Microsoft Excel.
