Can working in 2 modes: 0 - remove MS Word hypertext markup and 1 - convert MS Word hypertext.
Called Obninsk doc2text because this script was created first to process .doc-files that my mail-bots receive from Press-Service of Administration of Obninsk (the first Science-city of Russia) and because this script was released in the day of 50 year of Обнинск city foundation.
