Human Resource Manager is typically a Microsoft Access database solution developed using Visual Basic and SQL, scalable, and the most user-friendly solution for HR personnel in small or mid-size businesses which includes functionality in the areas of employee demographics, applicant tracking, open enrolment, interviews, email engine, reminders, payroll processing, performance reviews, batch processing, data backup/restore, high level user security and much more. Simplicity, effectiveness and low budget solution were the main factors taken in consideration while developing and constructing this solution since 1999 in a real busy environment.
Version 2.1 had many awards for best software and customer’s satisfaction given from many well known download sites. Now, we made sure that version 2.2 is even more effective as we managed to include new modules and fixed all bugs reported from version 2.1.
