Furthermore, paddle concept has been extended with a deformable bouncing surface to provide you with a high degree of control over fireball dynamics, not just at impact time but also afterwards with the on-ship gravitor. Fireballs themselves are not just circular but can have many shapes. You will also discover never seen before power ups like 9 powerful weapons, satellite balls and bumper surface deformation.
What`s more, BreakQuest will surprise you with its outstanding 32bit graphics and accurate anti aliasing that deliver very smooth animations. An advanced particle system is used to create hundreds of custom visuals. This user license agreement (the AGREEMENT) is an agreement
between YOU (individual or single entity) and Nurium Games
software development company (NURIUM GAMES), for the BreakQuest
game software (the SOFTWARE) that is accompanying this AGREEMENT.
The SOFTWARE is the property of NURIUM GAMES and is protected
by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The
SOFTWARE is not sold, it is licensed.
The MUSIC played by the SOFTWARE is the property of MANIACS
OF NOISE and is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties.
By installing the SOFTWARE, by loading or running the SOFTWARE,
by placing or copying the SOFTWARE onto your hard drive, or by
distributing the TRIAL version of the SOFTWARE, you agree to be
bound by the terms of this AGREEMENT.
1.- OWNERSHIP
This SOFTWARE and the related copyrights and intellectual
property rights, are the exclusive property of NURIUM GAMES and
its suppliers. YOU acquire no title, right or interest in the
SOFTWARE other than the rights granted herein.
2.- TRIAL VERSION
YOU may install and use the TRIAL version.
YOU are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revokable DISTRIBUTION
LICENSE to do only the following: Make complete and unmodified
copies of only the installation executable of the TRIAL version
of this SOFTWARE as released on the websites of NURIUM GAMES, in
machine-readable form for distribution to a third party, provided
the entire contents of the TRIAL version are copied in their
entirety with payment, copyright, and trademark information in
place.
Although the SOFTWARE may not be sold, a distribution fee may be
charged for the service of providing this SOFTWARE to others on
physical, CD-ROM or magnetic media (i.e. charging for the media
and duplication services only).
YOU AGREE THAT YOU SHALL NOT DISTRIBUTE A REGISTERED VERSION OF
THIS SOFTWARE NOR SHALL YOU DISTRIBUTE ANY REGISTRATION CODE FOR
THIS SOFTWARE.
Print media publishers are authorized to distribute the TRIAL

When you purchase a LICENSE for the SOFTWARE, you will receive the
full REGISTERED version.
YOU agree not to distribute the REGISTERED version to others and
to use it only for your own personal use.
YOU may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single computer
and install a second copy of the SOFTWARE on a second computer only
if you are the main user of this computer (home computer or laptop for
example). You may also install the SOFTWARE on another computer only
if you change main workstation. In such a case you must uninstall the
REGISTERED version of the SOFTWARE from the old computer.
4.- RESTRICTIONS
YOU shall not remove from the SOFTWARE any trademark, tradename,
copyright notice or other notice.
YOU may NOT sublicense, or assign copies of the SOFTWARE to others.
The SOFTWARE contains trade secrets. YOU may NOT decompile, reverse
engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the SOFTWARE to a human
readable form. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, ADAPT, TRANSLATE, RENT, LEASE,
LOAN, RESELL FOR PROFIT, OR OTHERWISE ASSIGN OR TRANSFER THE SOFTWARE,
OR CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS BASED UPON THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART THEREOF
without the prior written consent of NURIUM GAMES.
5.- WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". NURIUM GAMES disclaims all
warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the
warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The
user must assume the entire risk on using the SOFTWARE.
6.- DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
NURIUM GAMES assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential,
which may result from the use of the SOFTWARE, even if NURIUM GAMES has
been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the
seller will be limited to refunding of the purchase price.
7.- TERMINATION.
a) You may terminate this AGREEMENT at any time by destroying all
copies of the Software in your possession.
a) This AGREEMENT is effective until terminated. This AGREEMENT
will terminate immediately without notice from NURIUM GAMES if the
following occur: breach by YOU of any provisions of this AGREEMENT.
8.- ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.
BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS
AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND
