This third version is particularly optimized for Intel and AMD last generation CPU and Windows XP and 2000 operating systems but it is even fully optimized for older CPU and older Windows versions. It also takes full advantage of multi-processors systems. It is more accurate and up to 5x faster than the previous version. Morgan M-JPEG codec V3 exploits all the power of Pentium III, Pentium 4 and other Athlons CPU. As far as we know, it is one of few software which exploits full Pentium 4 power today. You may freely distribute the unregistered version of Morgan M-JPEG Codec, that is available for public download at http://www.morgan-multimedia.com, on the conditions that all the files are included and are unmodified and that no file have been added to the package. Evaluation/Trial versions provide a way to obtain and evaluate software, giving users the opportunity to try a program on their own computer before buying it. While evaluation versions are copyrighted, and the copyright holder retains all rights, the author specifically grants a user the right to freely evaluate and distribute the program but there is no permission to distribute the registration key under any circumstances. After using an evaluation version for a defined trial period, the user must purchase a licensed copy or remove the evaluation version from their system.
