However, you retain the right to charge for the distribution process and/or medium and/or service if you judge it necessary (B) that you do not proclaim ownership of this Software (C) that you share and/or distribute this Software in its integrity without any modification whatsoever neither in its digital format nor in its content, except if expressly stated otherwise by us in an official document (D) that you share and/or distribute this Software as a standalone product or with other products and/or services provided that such products and/or services as well as the distribution process itself do not contain and/or promote and/or relate to any of these types of contents or activities: libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking, hacking, warez, or that offer any illegal good or service, or link to web site(s) that do so or engage in spamming, indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited commercial email, or engage in cybersquatting or typosquatting (E) that you do not alter in any way the original setup program and/or replace it with your own installation program.
