MemDB Quotation System 1.0
Traditionally, quotation is created by handwriting. Nowadays, many companies are using Excel or Word to create quotation. However, user needs to retype the items or copy and paste items from one quotation to another quotation. To increase the efficiency of this task, MemDB Technology Company designs an easy to use system to help user to create professional quotation easily.
User can setup the items and customers. When creating a quotation, user can select the items and create a multilevel quotation easily (up to three levels). The system can print a SUMMARY OF QUOTATION (the first level). To see a sample, you can click the PDF file created by this system (http://memdb.com/MemQuotation/quotationE.pdf).
(Remark: The trial version includes a demo database file (MemQuotation.mem), you can modify the category and items according to your company requirement. In the Quotation Dialog, you can press [Print] button to view the demo quotation output.)
The trial version is same as the registered version except the 30 days trial limit. After register, all data in the database can still be used and all "Demo Company Limited" title will change to your company name. The registered price is US $280.

possible. The distribution on CD-ROM is also permitted, as long as the
original files are not changed in any way.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations,
for any such copies. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to patents,
copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks, or any other rights,
functions or licenses in respect of the Software.
You may not de-compile, reverse engineer and disassemble this software product.
You may not modify, rent, lease, loan the Software.
LIABILITY
We try to keep our software as bug-free as possible. But it`s a general rule
that no software ever is error free, and the number of errors increases with
the complexity of the program.
Please test this program with non-critical data. Any description of bugs will
be accepted. The MemDB product is being made available on an "as is" basis,
and carries no warranties, express or implied. The author shall in no way be
held liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
TERMINATION
This License shall remain in full force and effect unless and until terminated. This License will terminate immediately, automatically and without notice if LICENSEE fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
