LICENSE GRANT Magic Video Software ("Magic Video") grants you a non-exclusive license to test this software in Tryout version, and any associated documentation ("The Tryout"), as indicated herein. You MAY: (a) install and use the Tryout for evaluation purpose only after the installation; (b) compile video using the Tryout and use them for evaluation purpose only; (c) Redistribute the Tryout by any mean (CDROM, Cover Disc, Web site...) as long as you do not change the original package and distribute only the original install package. COMMISSIONS 33% of each copy from MAGICVIDEO is the worldwide default commission. And bonus will be contribute in each year besides the commission. RESTRICTIONS You MAY NOT: (a) use the Tryout beyond the purpose in evaluation; (b) use the video compiled with the Tryout (except for test purpose); (c) sell this Tryout package (except for shipment and handling charges); (d) cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or alteration of this Software; (e) remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from this Software; (f) copy the documentation accompanying the software. TERM This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Tryout, together with all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Tryout, together with all copies thereof. COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP This Tryout and its source code are proprietary products of MAGICVIDEO and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Tryout is supplied "AS IS". MAGICVIDEO disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Tryout. DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES MAGICVIDEO assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Tryout, even if MAGICVIDEO has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
