Below is only the outline of the last and most basic figure on the philosophy page (#21). We move into (red) and come out of the (blue) depths of our being. There must be independent confirmation between (constructs of) sensing and knowing to keep social reality truthful and therefore as strong and as healthy as possible.
"Application" refers both to practical application in the field where we look for truth, like science, justice and journalism have to, and to the software. I try to show that the independent individual is responsible for, and able to find and follow, independent confirmation instead of power-distance (Mulder 1973, Hofstede 2009).
CRPA software is the successor of PMM, Personal Memory Manager. The most valuable feature is that it integrates your understanding without you even knowing it, when you re-use your own or other`s cherished words, concepts or labels for the notes. Then it visualizes it for you from any angle. Free for any number of small projects!
Hopefully, CRPA will be a fulfilling, refreshing and enjoyable experience for you. Always trying to improve the software and the philosophy, keeping track of all developments on the blogs, your input and feedback is most welcome and appreciated. This is indeed a long standing endeavor and it may always remain so.

By distributing the software (regardless if you have registered the software or not), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not distribute the software and destroy all copies in your possession.
The software is owned by M2m Matter to Man bv and is protected by Dutch copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording).
CRPA(c) Constructive Recollection Philosophy Application (the "software") may be distributed at price levels set or changed by M2m Matter to Man bv only, as presented on its website http://crpa.co/CRPA-Application-Order.htm (the "CRPA order web page"). Distributors can purchase license keys for their clients at reduced prices from the CRPA order web page as they are mentioned there, before or after selling the software.
If you violate any part of this agreement, your right to use this software terminates automatically and you must then destroy all copies of the software in your possession.
The software and its related documentation are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind and M2m expressly disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall M2m be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the software or related documentation, even if M2m has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall M2m`s liability exceed the license fee paid, if any.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
The software and documentation is provided with restricted rights. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the government is subject to restrictions as set forth in the general preconditions of Fenit, as deposited at the Arrondissementsrechtbank in The Hague, December 8 1994, under number 1994/189.
