You can distribute and/or redistribute unregistered version of EzCalendar without the permission of author.
EVALUATION AND REGISTRATION
EzCalendar is shareware. You may install this program to test and evaluate for 15 days, after that time, EzCalendar is still fully functional, it will generate registration notes. If you can live with them, feel free to use it!
Credit card ordering is available, as described in the registration section of help file. When payment is received you will get a registration code. Select "Register" from tray menu and input registration id and code.
This production is not refundable.
REGISTERED VERSION
One registered copy of EzCalendar may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
You may access the registered version of EzCalendar through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software. covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 12 different workstations will access EzCalendar on the network, each workstation must have its own EzCalendar license, regardless of whether they use EzCalendar at different times or concurrently.
You may not alter this software in any way, including changing or removing any messages or windows.

This software and the accompanying files are sold "AS IS" and without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied.
In no event shall LaneSoft be liable for damage of any kind, loss of data, loss of profits, bussiness interruption or other pecuniary loss arising directly or indirectly.
