groups may collect a disk duplication fee not to exceed
five dollars.
B) Mail-order vendors of shareware software approved by
the ASP may distribute our products, subject to the
above conditions, without specific permission. Non-
approved vendors may distribute our products only after
obtaining written permission from Ken Kirkpatrick Software.

disk duplication and handling fee, which, when pro-rated
to each individual product, may not exceed eight
