"Test Constructor" is a universal system for testing knowledge. The program has the following features:

- An unlimited number of topics, questions and answers;
- Questions can contain music and sounds (wav, mid. rmi files);
- Questions can contain images (jpg, bmp, ico, emf, wmf files);
- Questions can contain video clips (avi files);
- The support of five question types:
1. Choosing the only correct answer;
2. Choosing several possible correct answers;
3. Arranging the answers in the correct sequence;
4. Arranging the correspondences for the answers;
5. Entering the answer manually using the keyboard.
- Printing out and saving topics, questions and answers to a file;
- Printing out and saving test results to a file;
- Exporting topics, questions and answers into files of various formats (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, Paradox, DBase, Text file, HTML, XML, RTF (RichText format), PDF (Adobe Acrobat), MS Windows clipboard, Lotus 1-2-3 etc.);
- Testing several users on one computer. The user`s personal card is maintained for each user. Its fields are adjustable.
- Granting different access rights to edit the database in the "Editor" to different users;
- Asking questions in the random order;
- Specifying the value for each question in points;
- Limiting the time for answering questions on the topic;
- Pausing a test and resuming it later;
- Giving the mark when the test is over. The scoring system can be customized in the "Editor". The scoring scale can be set from a 2-point up to a 100-point one;
- Database synchronization. Using this feature, you can easily exchange data with other users and transfer data from one computer to another;
- Spell check in the "Editor";
- Search through the database in the "Editor";
- Packing the database;
- Checking for updates via the Internet.
