License Agreement:
The Licenses sold to you (Partner) are sole property of KMSOFT Technologies Ltd. You (Partner) are eligible to sale these License to any entity. In such case the amount incurred from customers should not exceed US$60 per user License. You (Partner) are not supposed to make any refund to the customer for return of the License issued for the above product without prior verification from KMSOFT.
Any issues arising from this License agreement is under the purview of EULA as mentioned in the Email Audit Readme.txt file available with the product. You can also access the Readme.txt file at:

Licensing Information
There is one license type supported by Email Audit 3.2.0:
" Node-locked - This allows you to run the software on a single node (machine).
There are no reported issues with the licensing process till date.
Not Supported:
" We do not support moving node-locked licenses from one machine to another in this release.
End-user Licensing Process:
After the installation process is over run Email Audit. You should be connected to the internet. The Licensing window will pop-up. Enter the License Key provided to you. Wait for some time (3-4 minutes typically) till the Licensing process is over. After the Licensing process is over Email Audit will start automatically.
NOTE: We have a strict licensing policy. Once we have licensed the product to you the licensing process will lock all your System info. You are not supposed to install the same in another system (PC). The license will not work in such case. Incase you face a system failure or a hard disk crash or change your system hardware in the future you need to inform us in advance. You can carry out re-installation any time on the same system where you licensed the product first time provided there is no hardware configuration change. Kindly refer to Release notes and Readme file for more details.
