Anyone who finds it more convenient to view a set of related email messages as a combined message. Simply select any number of email messages from your mailbox using standard highlight and select techniques. Then click Combine in the Addin-menu you can view the combined message to more conveniently follow the discussion. You can print it or export it into a word processor for additional formatting or searching.
You save time and improve the quality of your work. Now you can quickly organize all of the email messages relating to a topic or a project. You no longer worry about getting lost paging back through a series of emails, or having to manually sort through pages and pages of printed messages.
EasyCombineMail processes the email messages you have selected and produces one combined output message. Note that if, as a result of forwarding and replying, there were duplicate sub-messages, these will be eliminated. The combined message is organized in date-time order with the more recent sub-message first.
KMS reserves the right to sell Products directly to anyone or appoint another Distributor during the term of this Agreement.
Business of Distributor. Distributor is and shall remain an independent contractor. Neither party shall have any authority to bind the other by contract, to pledge the other’s credit nor to do anything to make the other liable for any tax, contribution, or obligation of any kind except as may be expressly provided in this Agreement.
Rate. KMS sells all products related to “EasyCombineMail” to Distributor at suggested retail price and KMS pay commission to Distributor at the rate upon agreed.
KMS has the absolute right to establish the suggested retail prices, charges and terms governing the sale of Products and reserves the right to change such prices, charges and terms at any time. Distributor is authorized to set the selling price for the Territory.
Discounts. Distributor is authorized to offer any discounts, allowances or adjustments to any customer.
Payment. All payments are due in 30 days via wire transfer or any methods upon agreed.
Customs Regulations. Distributor is responsible for all Import Customs Regulations and Duties. All orders are process by download.
Representations. Neither Distributor nor its employees or agents shall make any false or misleading representations to customers or others regarding KMS or the Products. Neither Distributor nor its employees or agents shall make any representations, warranties or guarantees with respect to the specifications, features or capabilities of the Products that are not consistent with KMS’s documentation accompanying the Products or KMS’s literature describing the Products, including KMS’s standard limited warranty and disclaimers.
