This license covers both registered and unregistered versions of 1 Cool Menu FX Tool, hereafter referred to as `the Software`, and you are hereby granted a non-exclusive license to use the Software.

If you have obtained the software free of charge or are an unregistered user you are not entitled to support of any kind.

Should the Software prove defective, you alone shall assume the cost of any service and/or repair.

Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no rights to such content.

TERMINATION.
The license will terminate automatically and the software unregistered if you fail to comply with any of the above terms and conditions.
