In the morning, a planning of the matches to be made, will be transferred from JA-Tennis to JA-Assistant. In the course of the day the assistant progressively controls the licence of the players at their arrival, starts the matches, records the scores and finally gives the next convocation to the winner. In the evening, after the last match, the planning is transferred to JA-Tennis for recording the
scores and the events of the day. This transfer is carried out automatically by removable disk, mail or manually by simple reading of a summary document printed or received by FAX.
