Distribution agreements
1. The software package PassMan-C4 - Trial version (hereinafter only
"software") is intended for trial use.
Distributor is allowed to:
1.1 Install and use the software
1.2 Create software databases and use the software for an unlimited
period of time when complying with the distribution agreements
1.3 Reinstall software as needed
1.4 Make copies and freely distribute the original software installation
2. Distributor must not:
2.1 Tamper with the software code, decompile it, translate it, analyse it
or modify it in any way
2.2 Remove or modify copyright information and software identification
3. The sole possessor of the copyright is Jan Kuzelka, Prague, Czech Republic
(hereinafter "producer").
4. The software package PassMan-C4 is distributed "as is". The producer
is not liable for any damages caused by using the software. The producer
is explicitly not liable for any hardware damage, data loss, software damage,
or lost profit resulting from using the software. The software use is
at the distributor`s own risk only.
5. By installing and using the software, the distributor fully agrees with and accepts
these distribution agreements. Any violation of these distribution agreements can lead
to breach of the producer`s copyright and criminal prosecution. In case of
violation of these distribution agreements, the distributor immediately looses the right
to use the software and must uninstall it from his computer without undue delay.
6. If you do not agree with these distribution agreements, terminate the installation
or unistall the software from your computer, and do not use this software
any more.
