CPUOff Lite monitors the average CPU load and initiates computer power off after the average CPU load has been below 15% for more than 60 seconds. The program activates 2 seconds after starting and shuts down 30 seconds after shutdown is initiated unless shutdown is cancelled. It can be initiated either manually or automatically via the Windows Task Scheduler.
CPUOff Lite is part of the JSutils group of software utilities which have a theme of energy conservation. The program parameters are not configurable. The program normally runs in the System Tray. Requires a registration code (free for personal non commercial use).
