CPUOff Lite monitors the average CPU load and initiates computer power off after the average CPU load has been below 15% for more than 60 seconds. The program activates 2 seconds after starting and shuts down 30 seconds after shutdown is initiated unless shutdown is cancelled. It can be initiated either manually or automatically via the Windows Task Scheduler. CPUOff Lite is part of the JSutils group of software utilities which have a theme of energy conservation. The program parameters are not configurable. The program normally runs in the System Tray. Requires a registration code (free for personal non commercial use).

Minor update to update help with Registration and Vista UAC FAQ. Various odd errors in help corrected.

Product name & version no longer missing from installer file properties on Vista. About screen will now time out if left open. 1 second error in power off period fixed. Minor formatting changes.

Program now minimises back to the System Tray when power off is cancelled only if the program was originally running in the system tray. Power Off delay changed to 60 seconds. Counter added to log.

Now runs in the system tray. Exit button disabled in shutdown mode. Run minimised now correctly resumes on cancel shut down. Desktop shortcut no longer installed by default.
