1. License Grant
JGTM Studio.NET ("JGTMStudio") grants Licensee a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable try-before-you-buy license to install and use the executable code version of the WinWAX Express and any accompanying components and documentation (collectively, the "Product"), subject to Licensee`s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This license does not entitle Licensee to receive from JGTMStudio hard-copy documentation, technical support, telephone assistance, or enhancements or updates to the Product.
2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES THAT THE PRODUCT IS FREE OF DEFECTS, VIRUS FREE, ABLE TO OPERATE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED BASIS, MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGING, UNLESS SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LEGALLY INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION. LICENSOR AND ITS SUPPLIERS HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO USE OF THE PRODUCT.

3. Evaluation and Registration
The Product is not free software. You may use this Product for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 15 days. If you use this Product after the 15 day evaluation period, you must pay registration fee.
4. Distribution of the evaluation version
You may copy the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish, and give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone, and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. But you should not charge or requesting donations for any such copies however made and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products without the author`s written permission.
5. Registered version
Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use this Product on ONE SINGLE computer, for any legal purpose, at a time.
The registered WinWAX Express software may not be rented or leased but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the Product is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
6. Copyrights
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Product shall remain in JGTMStudio and/or its suppliers. The Product is protected by the copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Product is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This license gives you no rights to such content.
