The time-limited trialware version of NoteWorthy Virtual Notecards may freely be distributed and installed on any computer by any party.
It is illegal to sell or distribute unlocked copies of NoteWorthy, or NoteWorthy unlock codes, unless explicitly licensed to do so by IntelliGents, LLC.

Distributors may not alter the NoteWorthy program, installer or icons in any way. However, distributors may adjust the downloadable package to be compatible with their service (for example, by distributing as a .zip file). In so doing, however, they may not add any other content such as advertisements for other services or software, to the Noteworthy download package.
This agreement covers only electronic/online distribution of NoteWorthy. Vendors wishing to include NoteWorthy on CDs or other media, to bundle with other products, or to co-market with other products, should contact IntelliGents, LLC at frontoffice@intelli-gents.com.
