DISTRIBUTION LICENSE AGREEMENT (DLA) FOR INTELLITIPSTER
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This DLA is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and IntelliForecast Labs ("AUTHOR") for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By distributing the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this DLA. If you do not agree to the terms of this DLA, do not distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any way.
Permission is granted to individuals charging no fees, and to Internet Web site operators, CD-ROM publishers, BBSs, User Groups, Computer Clubs, Mail-Order Disk Vendors and BBS File-Distribution Networks regardless of fees ("DISTRIBUTOR"), to distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided that:
1. Only the most recent 30 day evaluation version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is distributed. The most recent version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is available from http://www.intellitipster.com/download.php
2. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is not altered in any way, including but not limited to changing, modifying or removing any messages or windows, as well as changing or modifying the installation package of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or removing any components or files from it.
