For an order of 1-24 products (in any combination), reseller pays 60% of retail price (a 40% discount).
For an order of 25-49 products (in any combination), reseller pays 50% of retail price (a 50% discount).
For an order of 50 or more products (in any combination), reseller pays 40% of retail price (a 60% discount).

Orders may be placed by phone or via e-mail. In all cases, reseller pays for shipping.
We prefer to ship via media or priority mail through the US Postal Service. We do not drop ship.

Reseller will receive a 30-day invoice to be paid by check to Inspired Idea (address below).
If a reseller is late making a payment, any future orders must then be pre-paid.
Resellers must obtain a reseller’s license in their own state and pay their own state sales tax for items sold in their state.
Resellers located in Arizona must provide us with their sales tax number.
No reseller contract required.
For CD-ROM version, we do not try to control your price to your customer.
