Automated and color-coded alerts instantly show you which equipment requires attention at all times. You can easily create different PM schedules for different types of equipment and define your own custom maintenance tasks to track by date and/or meter.
In the Professional Edition, when maintenance needs to be performed, work orders can be generated with a click of a button. In addition, you can save time by having Maintenance Pro automatically populate work orders with the required maintenance and/or parts necessary to perform the job(s). You can also itemize preventive maintenance, repairs, part details, and labor details on each work order.
Track many details about each of your assets for reference. If needed, numerous user defined fields are also provided for tracking other types of information that are important to you.
Maintenance Pro also includes over 100 reports. With any report, you can specify detailed report-filtering criteria to analyze only the data you need.
Advanced features such as parts inventory tracking, purchase orders, and invoicing are also included in the Professional Edition.
Several editions of Maintenance Pro are available based on your needs and budget. The feature comparison chart which is accessible from the main menu screen, will help you decide which one is a best fit for your company. The evaluation download has the capability of representing any of them. Network versions of Maintenance Pro are also available.
The shareware version of Maintenance Pro may be distributed freely.
