You can use it with delphi, vb(a), vb2005 Express, C#, C, C++ and all main programming IDEs (.NET, too!). Please try it before you buy. It`s shareware ... you can use it to test the functionality.
If you want to distribute it with your commercial apps you have to buy the full version.
You can distribute this dll on a CD with pc-magazines or via onlinedownload without getting charge for the dll.
