The commercial license issued for SmartCell™ V1.0 is a license to USE this product on ONE computer or MULTIPLE computer or DISTRIBUTION with your application as per license types mentioned below:

Same as STANDARD plus it gives you the additional rights to rent, lease or distribute an unlimited number of licenses of SmartCell™ Pro (Indisoft.dll) outside your organization bundled with an application.
The commercial user is granted a non-exclusive license to use SmartCell™ v1.0 on as many computers as defined by the licensing terms above according to the type of licenses purchased, for any legal purpose. The registered version of SmartCell™ v1.0 may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in its entirety, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
