Longitude monitors performance across traditional IT silos to provide a cohesive picture of IT service level delivery and Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance. Longitude monitors end user response time and hundreds of vital performance metrics, alerts you to problems, solves problems proactively, tracks SLA performance, and generates reports and graphs that demonstrate how well your applications, operating system, network, databases, web servers, and messaging servers are performing.

Longitude correlates related events across IT components to trigger intelligent alerts and actions, so you immediately understand the business impact of a situation. Information is presented in real time dashboard views that let you drill down to investigate problems and find answers fast.

A real time SLA dashboard gives an up to the minute, graphical view of service level performance, with historical reporting and drill-down capabilities to investigate shortfalls in service compliance. With Longitude, service conditions can be defined individually or can combine a variety of performance metrics to emulate true business service conditions.
