Gewährung der Lizenz

Die HPH-Software® GmbH gewährt hiermit ausschließlich Ihnen als Lizenznehmer eine nicht exklusive, nicht übertragbare Lizenz, die
Ihnen die Installation, das Kopieren und die Nutzung von ActiveBlue 2 im Sinne der folgenden Bestimmungen erlaubt.
Die Lizenzierung von ActiveBlue 2 erfolgt je Entwickler: Jede Person die auf ActiveBlue 2 zugreift und nutzt, um eine Applikation zu
entwickeln, muss eine entsprechende individuelle Lizenz erwerben.
Der Lizenznehmer darf Kopien von ActiveBlue 2 auf mehreren Computersystemen installieren. Die Nutzung dieser Kopien darf aber
ausschließlich nur durch den Lizenznehmer erfolgen. ActiveBlue 2 wird aktiv auf einem Computersystem genutzt, sobald es in den
flüchtigen Speicher (RAM) geladen oder auf einem Festspeicher (z.B. Festplatte oder Wechselplatten) installiert wurde, um in einer
Umgebung zur Entwicklung von Applikationen eingesetzt zu werden.
Als Lizenznehmer wird Ihnen 1 (eine) Entwicklerlizenz gewährt. Diese Entwicklerlizenz erlaubt die gebührenfreie Distribution von
ActiveBlue 2 mit einer unbeschränkten Anzahl von Endverbraucher Applikationen, vorausgesetzt der Lizenznehmer war maßgeblich an
der Entwicklung der Applikation beteiligt.

Grant of License

HPH-Software® GmbH hereby grants to the licensee, and the licensee accept, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, copy,
and use ActiveBlue 2 only as authorized below.
ActiveBlue 2 is licensed per Developer seat. This means that each individual using or otherwise accessing ActiveBlue 2 for development
purposes must obtain the right to do so by purchasing an individual product license. The licensee may make copies on more than one
computer, as long as the use of ActiveBlue 2 is by the same licensed developer. ActiveBlue 2 is in "use" on a computer when it is
loaded into temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into permanent memory (e.g. hard disk or other storage device) of that computer
for development purposes.
The licensee is granted 1 (one) Single Developer license to distribute ActiveBlue 2 royalty-free with an unlimited number of applications,
provided they are developed by the licensed developer.
