This Distribution Agreement ("AGREEMENT") is a legal agreement between you and the owners of Gamenibus.com ("GAMENIBUS") for the demonstration software made by GAMENIBUS accompanying this AGREEMENT ("DEMO"). By exercising your rights to distribute the DEMO, you agree to be bound by the terms of this AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to the terms of this AGREEMENT, you may not distribute the DEMO.
The DEMO is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
You may freely distribute the the DEMO, provided you keep the DEMO in its original state.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the DEMO, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
You may not rent, lease, or lend the DEMO.
You distribute the DEMO on a stand-alone basis or as part of any collection, or as part of any product or service.
Without prejudice to any other rights, GAMENIBUS may terminate this AGREEMENT if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT.
All title and copyrights in and to the DEMO, and any copies of the DEMO are owned by GAMENIUBS. The DEMO is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You must treat the DEMO like any other copyrighted material.
NO WARRANTIES. GAMENIBUS expressly disclaims any warranty for the DEMO. The SOFTWARE and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall GAMENIBUS be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the distribution of the DEMO, even if GAMENIBUS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
PARTIAL VALIDITY: If any of the above paragraphs is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of this license agreement.
