IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS TRIAL SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT, AND THE PRODUCTS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT BY DISTRIBUTING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE PRODUCT.

I.GENERAL: This Trial Software Distribution Agreement (“TSDA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and GOFF Concepts LLC (“GOFF Concepts”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for all GOFF Concepts products and services, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation.

II.LICENSE GRANT: Subject to your agreement and compliance with the terms and conditions of this TSDA, GOFF Concepts grants to you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license (without the right to sublicense) to link to the installer for the Product via tangible media, e-mail, or public Internet website.

III.STORAGE: You may NOT store the Product installer in either .EXE, .ZIP or any format on your servers.

IV.RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: GOFF Concepts LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this TSDA.

V.SCOPE OF DISTRIBUTION: You may link to the trial or shareware versions of the Product via Website, Magazine, or Book with no further permission from GOFF Concepts. Any other methods of distribution must be approved in writing. You must not distribute the Product under any other name or representation.

VI.TERMINATION: Without prejudice to any other rights, GOFF Concepts LLC may cancel this TSDA if you do not abide by the terms and conditions of this TSDA, in which case you must destroy all references to the Product and any of its component parts.

VII.CONSENT TO USE OF DATA: You agree that GOFF Concepts LLC and its affiliates may collect and use technical information you provide as a part of support services related to the Product. GOFF Concepts LLC agrees not to use this information in a form that personally identifies you.
