Forte CRM Solo, is our free Forte CRM version, restricted to contact management. It includes many high-end features designed to help you manage and improve your sales process and management, ongoing customer service, marketing and information management.
Forte CRM Solo is self-contained and has a user-friendly, integrated user interface which allows users to get going in the minimum possible timeframe. Includes a PIM, email, notes, document engine, query builder, report writer, and filter system in one package, and has features found in high-end CRM products such as our CLAD(R) document generation engine, auto-filing, analysis and reporting, and workflow scripting.
Forte CRM Solo is targeted at small businesses that require centralized relationship knowledge, without the immediate need to manage accounts or customize extensively. It can be easily upgraded to Forte CRM Professional, Enterprise, or Hosted – all scheduled to be released over the next 2 months.
