SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

(For Personal, Trial, and Commercial Use).

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and Fort Digital Pte Ltd regarding use of the software accompanying this Agreement ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

This license agreement applies to all Fort Digital Pte Ltd Software products.

The Software refers to the following program: FORT DIGITAL HARDWARE SMS BROADCAST SYSTEM

The Software or any other materials provided in this package may not be modified in any way. The Software may not be redistributed to anyone FOR NON COMMERCIAL OR COMMERCIAL.

No parts of The Software or other files provided in this package may be reproduced in part or in whole. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

The Software STRICTLY USED ONLY in a SINGLE computer, not NETWORK or WEB BASED, unless stated in other documentation such as quotation/invoice.

Fort Digital DOES NOT bear any responsibility for all SMS messages and its contents and/or intention and/or actions sent by the user, also all kind of results derived from using this Auto Mass SMS System.

Fort Digital DOES NOT bear any responsibility for the SIM card used by the user, also all kind of results derived from using this Auto Mass SMS System.

Please use this system with responsible. Do not spam or sending illicit materials that include but are not limited to : profanity, or harassment, hate or racist propaganda, illegal activity under any law, nudity or pornographic material, material that violates or infringes on third party rights, copyrighted material not owned by the individual uploading or using the material.
