ActualDoc is a unique recent document manager, designed to make access to any of the documents
you have recently used secure, easy and convenient. ActualDoc keeps track of the documents you are

built-in viewer, you can copy fragments of a graphic, plain and formatted text, PDF, HTML and
others files. Another feature of ActualDoc is the protection of your privacy: you can lock the
Windows document history with a password.

In the new version we implemented an OLE documents viewer supporting a lot of documents (including all MS Office, AutoCAD, MathCAD and others); option to open more than one viewer/editor at the same time; frames switch; corrected monitoring and collection of network documents and documents, placed on removable media; made some other improvements and fixed minor bugs.

One registered copy of ActualDoc Professional may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
There are three kinds of licences: Personal, Business and Site. Personal licence suitable for personal, private, non-profit purposes. If you are planning to use ActualDoc Professional in commercial, governmental and others kinds of activity, you need to purchase Business licence. Site licence may be used both for non-profit and commercial purposes.
You may access the registered version of ActualDoc Professional through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licences for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will access ActualDoc Professional on the network, each workstation must have its own ActualDoc Professional licence, regardless of whether they use ActualDoc Professional at different times or concurrently.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use will result in immediate and automatic termination of this licence and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
