I. Freeware
Flash Release is free software. It can be downloaded and used for personal of professional solutions as many times as wanted.

II. Limitations

II.a. Reverse Engineering
Reverse Engineering is not permited for Flash Release as with nearly any software. If you have questions regarding the programming please contact us at info@FlashRelease.com.

II.b. Warranty
Flash Release has been developed to be as stable as possible, and has no intentional harmful code within.
However, tough highly unlikely, we cannot warranty no harmful side effects on your system. We also can’t warranty no additional modifications will be made to your edited website so we recommend you use the “backup” function at all times, and double check the edited pages for any abnormal HTML code.

II.c. Liability
Under no circumstances you (the user) can make us (the developers) liable for any damages this software causes to your system or work.

II.d. Use of application in whole
Free use is limited to the application in whole. Usage of parts only, for example the database or the plug-ins, is not permitted.

III. Distribution
The following are the basic conditions for distributing Flash Release.

III.a. Private distribution
You may give away single copies of the software as long as you don`t modify this license or other files of the archive.
To distribute this software bundled with another application you must request our permission at info@FlashRelease.com

III.b. Mirroring
If you want to mirror Flash Release, feel free to do so as long as you don`t modify the original archive. If you want to be kept up to date about major updates, you can subscribe to the mailing list.
III.b.1 Mirrors restrictions

III.b.1.a - Mirrors cannot charge a fee of any kind for any reason for providing downloads of this software.
III.b.1.b - Mirrors must stop mirroring and delete all data about their visitors regarding Flash Release if they no longer comply to this policy.

III.b.1.c - Mirrors must notify us as soon as they decide to become a mirror, and must communicate to us the decision of stop mirroring the file at info@FlashRelease.com

III.b.1.d - Mirrors will be notified in advance about any changes to this policy.

III.c. Publishing
You may publish Flash Release information in a book or magazine (or other media) by simply sending a written request for permission to info@FlashRelease.com, including a description of your specific needs. We request a copy of the media in which Flash Release is published for archive purposes.

IV. Privacy

IV.a. Application offline privacy
Flash Release doesn’t contain any kind of “spyware” and once installed doesn’t communicate with internet sources in any way. This warranties the privacy of your data regarding the use of this software.

IV.b. Application online privacy
At the time of downloading the software we require the following data:

- E-mail.
- Name.
- Country.

This data collection is for demographical analysis only (since multi-language translation is an issue to be solved yet and this information is very useful to this objective). You will not be contacted unless requested (this is explicitly stated in the download form).
